What can I use HBN: Online Availability for? Which features are available on the Free plan? How do I set up my first availability policy? Why does the app say a product is blocked even though it has stock? Can I audit more than one country?

Does the app collect or store my store data?

Detailed scan findings stay in your browser; the service keeps only compact summaries and repair records, and nothing about your customers.

  • The app reads product, publication, market, inventory, location, and shipping configuration to run audits.
  • Detailed findings remain in the merchant's browser (IndexedDB). The service stores compact summaries, not a copy of your catalog or inventory quantities.
  • Pro scan summaries and repair logs are kept for a rolling 30 days.
  • The app does not request or use customer records, orders, carts, checkout contents, payment data, storefront behavior tracking, or theme content.
  • On uninstall, sessions and merchant configuration are deleted in response to Shopify's uninstall and compliance processes.
  • You can clear browser-held scan data from the Findings page ("Clear local results").
