What can I use HBN: Online Availability for? Which features are available on the Free plan? How do I set up my first availability policy? Why does the app say a product is blocked even though it has stock? Can I audit more than one country?

How do I set up my first availability policy?

Open Policies, keep or rename the default policy, pick the target country, save, and run a scan from Findings.

  1. Open the app and go to Policies.
  2. A default policy ("Primary online availability", United States) is created automatically. Rename it if you like; the name is only visible to merchants.
  3. Choose the target country your shoppers buy from, then save.
  4. Optionally narrow the scope: exclude products, collections, tags, or vendors that are not expected to sell online.
  5. Keep the policy enabled and open Findings to start a scan.
Notes:
  • All active products are included by default.
  • Draft or archived products are only checked when you explicitly include them.
  • You can run the scan again at any time; results always reflect the latest run.
