What can I use HBN: Online Availability for? Which features are available on the Free plan? How do I set up my first availability policy? Why does the app say a product is blocked even though it has stock? Can I audit more than one country?

What does HBN: Online Availability not protect or guarantee?

The app verifies the static availability path for the Online Store only — it never modifies inventory or shipping settings and never verifies a live checkout.

  • The app never modifies inventory, locations, markets, catalogs, shipping profiles, zones, or rates.
  • It applies only two fixes: publishing a product to the Online Store and activating a product.
  • It checks static configuration only. Dynamic carrier quotes and real checkout cannot be verified — always test a representative customer address.
  • It does not audit POS, wholesale, or other sales channels outside the target country of the policy.
  • A "Configured, not checkout-verified" finding means the static path looks complete, but a real purchase still needs testing.
  • Scans are read-only and change nothing in your store on their own.
