What can I use HBN: Online Availability for? Which features are available on the Free plan? How do I set up my first availability policy? Why does the app say a product is blocked even though it has stock? Can I audit more than one country?

What do the finding statuses mean?

Each finding is labeled Blocked, Needs decision, Configured, Information, or Incomplete.

  • Blocked: a definite static setting prevents the expected online path (for example, the product is not published to Online Store).
  • Needs decision: the app needs your intent — for example, an active product that is not published; confirm it should sell online or exclude it from the policy.
  • Configured, not checkout-verified: the static path exists, but a real customer address must still be tested.
  • Information: notes such as "continue selling when out of stock" is enabled.
  • Incomplete: part of the path could not be verified; re-run the scan, and if it repeats check the delivery profile, target-country zone, and active rate.
Scan statuses: Queued, Running, Complete, Incomplete, Cancelled, Failed. An interrupted scan resumes from where it stopped without duplicating findings.
